Pool Time

Today was the perfect day for a dip in the pool.  After church, we came home to my sister and my niece hanging out in our pool and that was so fun!  The temperatures were so darn hot! 

 

We just got back from a food truck bazaar.  I have never experienced that before.  In our local Kmart plaza, they had chairs and tents set up and all of these different food trucks set up for people to purchase food.  That was pretty fun to see!  We did partake in some beef brisket.  It was okay, I am not really a beef eater but it was pretty good.

Pictures of Dining Room

On one of the blogs that I follow, once a year they post pictures of their homes to give others decorating ideas/tips whatever it may that you are looking for.  If you are like me, you love this!  Because I love getting decorating tips.  Thought I would post a picture today of my dining room because I am loving it though I am in need of a hutch or buffet server to put in here. 

It is interesting, after taking pictures it truly does show you where maybe there is just a little too much clutter in the room and I may need to minimize a few nicknacks.  For now though, this is it!

I love taking pictures of my home and everything that I have done decorating wise but in my heart I always remember that bible verse that says "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal." Matthew 6:19. So although I love decorating, none of this matters when it comes to eternity!  God Bless our Home!  :)

And here we are back again, not sure why the other site has lines along the left margin, quite strange if you ask me and annoying nonetheless!

Well, let me add an up to date of my picture of my wonderful family that I love very much!  These pictures were taken at Gemini Springs in Debary about  6 months or so ago, we had a good time taking this pictures so hope you enjoy!

New Blog

Although this was the original blog that I created many many years ago, because I forgot my password for nearly 3 years, I have now created a new blog at heavensroses12.blogspot.  So that is where I will posting from now on.

Coat Rack all cleaned up..

I had to post a picture of the coat rack all cleaned up. It is so funny, many years ago I had posted about my coat rack being in total disarray and if I posted a picture of it, I would truly have an incentive to clean it up and how long has it taken me to repost a picture?  haha!  Almost 3 years? 

Well here goes...we got it all cleaned up.

I can not believe this, I was able to log on to my old account and continue with this blog and that is what I shall do! Yay for me!  LOL This is great. 

I am going to go for now though.

Sorry that I have not written lately..Life just seems to get away from me.

Have you smelled the air today? God gave that to you. Have you had a chance to clean your house today? God gave that to you. Have you had a chance to kiss your kids today? God gave that to you.
Don't ever forget how you got to where you are today. God has always been beside us every step of the way. I say that for myself as well because I need that constant reassuring that the life I have now is a result of my constant prayer and faithfulness throughout my life. I can not ever take it for granted. The minute I do I am saying that God what you gave me is not good enough, and I don't ever want to look at God and say that. Thank you Jesus for every trial, for every heartache along the way because that is how I have ended up where I am today. It has shaped me into who I am today. I may not be the best but I am trying to be the best me that I can be.

I will post more pictures here in a little bit of what I am doing around the house...I just wanted to post and say hi and let people know that I am still a part of the blog land just have not had a lot of time lately to post. I'll post more pictures tomorrow.
